We went for a family dinner and tried the variety of Momos and sauces. What a treat! We opted for a variety of chicken and pork, and the spicy sesame and cilantro sauces. The steamed chicken dumplings were a little underseasoned, but the dipping sauces made up the difference. Service was warm and friendly. A plate of 8 momos with a sauce cost around $16, and I would say you need at least 2 plates for a meal. We enjoyed it as our first Nepalese dining experience.

Super friendly and courteous staff. Great tasting food, everything was flavorful and fresh. Enjoyed the perfectly cooked vegetables in the dishes. Chili chicken starter was really good.

We discovered this place because we love momos, but we've become hooked on the daal bhat ( lentils and rice) served with curried vegetables, traditional Nepali pickle and dohi. It's served on Fridays and Saturdays.

I've tried gyoza, dumplings, pot stickers in Canada and in Japan and none of them tasted like what I wanted them to taste like. Momos are what I wanted. So much taste and crispness. Definitely coming back and not ordering a side of gyozas with my ramen bowl.

Visited Momo Spot yesterday and had a great experience! We tried 3 different momo and were absolutely delicious—juicy, perfectly steamed, and served with a spicy dipping sauce that had just the right kick. The chowmin was okay but was not satisfying as in our back country. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was friendly

Update: We went again and I have to say the service was not as good this time. We were seated upstairs and I feel like the servers forgot about us. Only came by once to check on us. Between two people, we ordered the chili momos, jhol momos and the deep fried momos. I liked the chili momos while my sister liked the jhol momos. We both agreed that the deep fried momos are a skip. Nothing special, especially for the price. Original review: We devoured the food omg sooooo good. We ordered the jhol momos and the chili momos. Both pork versions and they were delicous. The strawberry refresher was the perfect combo. One order of momos with a drink is the perfect amount of food. If just ordering momos, two people should share 3 orders.

Such a cute place in Hintonburg. I tried this place for the first time and loved it. I had the vegan kothe (pan-fried) momos with chili cilantro sauce; it was delicious! My friend had the chicken jhol momo which they enjoyed. Will definitely come back!
